Charging tables at Meteorological Technology World Expo 2026: arranged within two weeks
Catch up, have a coffee and charge your phone at the same time. Round Powbank charging tables with Meteomatics branding at RAI Amsterdam.
For this edition we supplied charging tables that matched the look of the event. From request to delivery we had two weeks: a short preparation in which we completed this assignment on time.
Charging where people come together
Meteorological Technology World Expo took place from 6 to 8 October 2026 at RAI Amsterdam. The event, organised by CloserStill Media, brings together professionals from meteorology and related fields.
Between visiting stands and holding conversations, a table is a practical meeting point. With a charging function that spot gains an extra use: visitors can plug in their phone while sitting or standing.
The photos from the event show that combination nicely: coffee, a floor plan and conversations at the table, with charging within reach.
A finish that becomes part of the event
For this project the tables received a finish with Meteomatics branding. The design continued across the tabletop and the edging, so the charging facility matched the rest of the presentation.
That is also how we like to look at charging solutions: as part of the interior. The place, the use and the appearance have to fit together, whether it is a trade show, conference, networking space or corporate event.
A short preparation, personally coordinated
For this assignment we arranged the charging tables within two weeks. That required direct coordination on the desired finish and the schedule.
That timeframe was possible for this specific project. What is feasible for a future event depends on availability, quantities and the desired customisation. That is why we discuss the options in advance and confirm the schedule per assignment.
Even with a short preparation we are happy to think along about what is possible.
A warm response afterwards
After the event we received an enthusiastic message from our contact Leah. She thanked us for the help and let us know the charging tables looked great. She also shared the photographer's photos, with permission to use them on our website.
A welcome bit of feedback on a project that came together in a short time.
Charging solutions for different events
This project shows one of Powbank's applications. Besides round charging tables we supply power bank stations, central charging columns and charging lockers. Which solution fits depends on how visitors use the space and whether they want to keep their phone with them, charge on the go or store it temporarily.
We like working with organisers and event agencies, both for a single project and for multiple events, thinking along about the finish, branding and practical setup.
