Pilot and pilot-to-rollout

We recommend starting with a pilot at one location or one event. After the pilot we evaluate execution, usage and practical issues; that evaluation forms the basis for the rollout proposal.

International project coordination

International projects are assessed per destination for logistics, lead time and installation. What is feasible is confirmed per project — we make no general claims about coverage or turnaround.

Project governance

Per programme we record who approves branding, who supplies artwork, who receives on site and how changes are approved. This prevents delays on repeat orders.

Purchase orders, invoicing and support

We work with purchase orders and invoice based on the approved quotation or framework agreement. Support and escalation arrangements are recorded per agreement, including availability and response process.

Reporting

We report only on data that is genuinely available: delivered materials, locations, planning and work performed. Usage data is reported only where the selected product and supplier demonstrably provide it.
